Well It's my anniversary friday and I want to say it to my wife as soon as
she wakes up, Is there a decent graphical program that would allow me to do
this, when she first logs in?

Lots of choices for creating many kinds of "good wishes." Will leave those
suggestions for others to make.

After you make your creation, consider saving the file. Then put a shortcut
for it into her startup folder or into the All Users startup folder. Test
if you want "just to be sure"

You can use the text3d screensaver and put in the words using the biggest font
that it will display. Have it set to run after one minute or make a shortcut to
sstext3d.scr and put it in the startup folder and when she boots up it will run
immediately. Make sure you take it out afterwards when the anniversary is over
or it will get annoying after a while. :)
