I am looking for an effect where it slowly zooms in on a corner of the
current picture, but cannot find such an effect. Does this effect even exist?
If so, where is it? I am sorry if I simply missed it in my many searches for
it.

I am not very handy with computers. I know how to run quite a few programs
but not the minor details.

=============================
The task you describe is easily accomplished
with PhotoStory 3.

PhotoStory 3 For Windows
http://tinyurl.com/4f869
or...
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx

And when the PhotoStory project is completed..
the finished .wmv file can be imported into Movie
Maker if you wish to combine it with other clips.
