In Find how do I use a special character (like ^# for Any Digit), plus some text, and Replace All with the same digit in each case plus a different text?

Fortna,

Start here:

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/UsingWildcards.htm

E.g., i you trying to perform something like replace

11ABC
12ABC
13ABC
14ABC

with

11DEF
12DEF
13DEF
14DEF

Check Use Wildcards, type ([0-9 {1,}])ABC in the find field
type \1DEF in the replace with field.
