Took my comp to best buy to get tune up for it was running slow just got it back and there is no sound from speakers.There was before. Trying to get ahold of where they repaired it is impossible waited for 2 hours on hold long enough for me so hung up. Some one should know why im not getting sound.Thank you

Best Buy would know.. their 'tune up' techies are almost as good as the
telephone help line.. try re-installing sound drivers..

two things: 1) is the speaker plugged in to the proper
port? 2) take the box back to the idiots at Best Buy and
see if they can unscrew what they screwed up. Good
Luck...most techies at best buy haven't got a CLUE!!!!
Even certified MCSE's know that McDonalds is a better
career path than Best Buy!!! Would you like fries with
that silence?
