when i login or whatever .. if i play a CD on the puter. or if i sign on
when it says WELCOME.. or when the CD plays i hear the sounds but its not a
normal sound it sounds like a robot or something when i play a CD and its a
guy singing well its not the guys voice or girls its a ROBOT lol. how can i
fix this .. i loooked and loooked and loooked and cant figure it out..?

Sounds like you need to update the drivers for your CD drive.
Check the make/model of the drive and search Google for drivers.
Download the driver for your version of Windows (XP I assume as you are in
here) then install it.

control panel > look for sound effects
