speakers don't work

error message received that indicates that there is a
program using the sound card and it must be terminated.
The same message occurs using realone. help?

Cause: You trying to open more than one player device.
Click to expand...
Go to: Start/Run/type MSCONFIG and click OK. Now click
the Startup tab and uncheck/disable everything except
your anti-virus program, if Norton, it will start with
NAV. Click Close and reboot PC. Now you have a "lean,
mean machine" and should run AutoPlay and your speakers.
