Spawning Processes apibi.exe

Does anyone know how to get rid of processes apibi.exe,
adddx.exe and any other ones that spawn after I stop the
process, delete the entries with regedit, and delete
the .exe file. They then change your homepage to about
blank...
This thing is driving me nuts. Trying to find out what
spawns this.
any help would be help

1. Click "Tools" - "Advanced Tools" - "System Explorers".

2. In the left pane, underneath "Applications", click "Running Processes".

A list of process names and descriptions will appear. Click a process to
view more detailed information if available, such as the process
description, publisher, and copyright information.

You can also choose to stop a process from running if you believe it to be
malware. Be careful when stopping processes, however, because stopping the
wrong process could cause you to lose work or force your machine into a
reboot. Be safe; always save your open documents beforehand.

I think this a CWS infection, tricky to remove.

Download CCleaner
http://www.ccleaner.com/

- Send a spywarereport to MS, menu tools

- Reboot in safe mode, press F8 during reboot/restart

- Start CCleaner, this programs cleans all your temporarily
folders
where a lot of junk hides.

- Scan with MSAS twice, choose deepscan.

- Restart in normal mode

- If your fault remains follow this.
