I'm often away from my desk and in the meantime get meeting invites
immediately following each other, which creates time pressure all day. To
avoid this, I suggest a "spare time function". Outlook would automatically
add a pre-set spare time to each meeting others invite me to. The key feature
would be that the function should work immediately after a meeting invitation
is received, i.e. even before I come to my desk and confirm. Reject an invite
should of course also remove the spare time. On the other hand, I should be
able to delete spare times manually. What do you think of this "stress saver"?
