Spanish frontpage 2003

Recently bought frontpage 2003 in Spain assuming that it would give an option
to load as English. It did not. Is there a way of changing the version so
that drop down menus etc. are in english.

You would need to purchase the English version.

Why would this be so I am aware that other brits ibn Spain bought the same
product and are using it with english menus etc. There must therefor ebe a
way of changing the settings.

Is there an answer to this conundrum?
 
They probably purchased the English version.....
