span session

Hi all,

I have a small doubt on XP remote desktop.when i am
connecting to REmote desktop to XP machine it is going to
lock the existing session.Where as win2000 server , it
will not lock , we can connect at a same time .
is there any way to see the same session with out lock at
another end.

You could try shadowing.. But in most cases the answer to your query is:

"No, if you use remote desktop to connect to another computer, it locks out
the Host when the client connects."

With Windows 2000/2003 server, you can still have the console session, two
Terminal Services connections and a Remote Desktop connection or something
like that.. All at the same time - different licensing...
