span cd's

What program will span cd's to allow burning of large files.
I have Nero 6.6, and can't find how to do it. Neither can I find a
newsgroup for this stuff.

You can compress them with something like WinZip and the likes and when
doing so you can opt to split the archive into multiple parts. However
that's not always the best solution. Do you have any more specifics on what
you're trying to accomplish?

Specifically I'm trying to burn a 2.2 gig file and want to span it over
3-4 cd's. Thanx.

Wouldn't you be better off upgrading to a DVD burner?
