i am working on windows xp

i have put a contact into the spam folder which I would now like to recieve
mail from.
how can I release this contact from the spam folder when the "this is not
spam" is not allowing me to click on...


please help

This is a feature of your mail client or antispam software, not Windows XP.
Perhaps if you mention the mail client (type & version) and any third party
antispam software you're running, someone can help.
