Is there a simple way in which I can selectively prevent mail from reaching
my In Box or SPAM folder? I currently have SPAM dumped into the SPAM folder
on arrival, but it is becoming unmanageable. On any given day I receive
about 200 messages, some of them from companies I have dealt with.

I suspect much of the problem may be posting to groups like this with your
real email address - if this IS your real email address....
Never post to Usenet groups with your real email address....
