SPAM removal/block

What is the best approach to spam removal when your name is included with a
variation.

for example...your email name is (e-mail address removed) and it's included with
other variations of your name (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed).

In OE create a Message/Mail rule:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the To line does not contain (e-mail address removed)@bellsouth.net
Delete it from server

Use your real E-mail address in the rule.

You'll never see any messages that aren't addressed correctly.
