I'm looking for a spam program that simply blocks mail not directly
addressed to me. I use spampal but it doesn't block emails that are sent to
multiple generic addresses in an attempt to get a hit. Online mail
services like yahoo have a bulk mail blocker built in but this is for
outlook express.

set up a mail rule in OE to delete all mail not addressed to you. Post back
if you have any problems setting it up - clue: set it up to delete all mail
addressed to you then reverse it.

I think you will find that you have the capability to do this within
Outlook Express with message rules. Study the help file.

The RegEx Filter plugin for SpamPal will filter on multiple "To:" field
addresses and suspiciously similar "CC:" field addresses.

What "Steven Burn" and "five" refer to is also described in this helpful

Setting it up as above will make sure only e-mail addressed to YOU will go
to the inbox, all others will go to whichever folder you tell them to go to
when setting up the rule.
