I have an IMAP account in Outlook Express and I am gettings so sick of all
this spam (who isn't?).
I looked for a few antispam solutions, but they are either server-based or
pop-based. I can't seem to find any good solutions for people with an IMAP
account.

Does someone know anything about a program like this?

thanks,
guyon

The Thunderbird mail client has bayesian filtering for SPAM and supports
IMAP (though I use POP3 and have never tried the IMAP)

At least until the waves of spam/virus are over, I'm accessing headers
on the ISP, BEFORE the letter bodies are downloaded. This is a pain, but
saves a lot of time.

Try: http://www.email-remover.com/
