Spam emails

Help

I posted a question on the microsoft message board last
week using my real Sender's email address, and now som e
spammer is using my address to send out email.

About 10 times a day I receive messages saying
undeliverable email address back to me, most likely due to
there spam going out to a bad adddress.

Is there anyway I can block this use of my address.
 
Read the posts Microsoft has posted about how to avoid the Swen virus.
 
Please give me the address.

Hint: Search for "Spam" in the subject and/or "Microsoft Communities" as the
sender.
