SPAM denying deletion access

A company called 180 Solutions uses a program called
nCase as a vehicle for it's pop-up ads which are defying
my attempts to purge it from my system. I have WinXP as
an OS and have tried using the Add/Remove Programs tool
through the control panel, as well as Disk Cleanup, and
directly deleting, in that order. All these tools are
successful in removing the pop-up ad products associated
with nCase and stored in it's file folder, but when only
the nCase application is left in the folder it throws up
a message declaring "Access is denied" as if it were an
XP system file. Within a minute of this message nCase
begins to automatically replace all the deleted ads until
it has replenished itself and resumed it's constant pop-
up ad campaign. I've tried contacting 180 Solutions and
asking them how to uninstall their nCase application
(which they aggresively sell to businesses through their
website) but have been unable to get a response from
them. Any of you technical magicians out there have a
voodoo cyberspell or other killer solution to this one??

Thanks for the link response to SpyBot 1.2. It worked
but only after I added a step to your instructions. I
had to disconnect from the internet (I'm on a cable
modem) so SpyBot could deal with the nCase offender and
several others. Cable customers are connected 24/7 and
that's why the spyware won't let you delete itself. It's
being used, which is one of the built-in blocks to
deletion in all Windows OS's, i.e. "Access denied"
because the spyware is constantly running as long as
you're connected to the Net.
