Hi,
I created a report in Access 97 which searches a query (that I created).
It results display the amount times a particular salesperson refers
potential clients to the company. When I display the report it is based on
the query which is for a particular company. The results have 3 columns. The
first column is the salesperson name, the second is the month when referred
and the third is the year.
What I didn't want to happen is for the month and year column to repeat
the same data so I was able to hide that via the field properties.
At the bottom of each of the sales person I added a calculated total of
how many referrals per sales person. Everything seems okay but, if there are
three referrals (for example) the report doesn't repeat the month and year
but it does "space" out the rows as if they were invisible but still taking
up "row space' , so my total is below the third "space.
Here's what a report would look like:
Salesperson December 2003
Total = 3
What I would like it to look like is:
Salesperson December 2003
Total = 3
How do I eliminate the additional spacing?
Thanks
Steve
