I Ian Jul 29, 2003 #2 did you choose the option to backup existing files when installing it? one option would be to use the windows 2000 CD ROM (or 4 x floppies) to boot the pc to the recovery console and uninstall it from there. how do you know that you can't see your 'c' drive? what screen does it get to?
