Help! When loioking at my install history i noticed that the SP4 install read "in progress" when trying to re-download SP-4 the program hangs in the "finishing installation" phase. When trying to download new updates the computer says it needs SP4
 
Did you turn off your AV file check and firewall before downloading and
installing it?
