SP4

Since installing SP4, my PC periodically freezes for
several seconds and then comes back with exactly where it
stopped. I can't tell what application, if any, is
hanging. Task Manager shows nothing unusual.
As far as I can tell, everything except the mouse and
keyboard are hung. Actions are buffered and executed once
the PC unfreezes.
Anybody experiencing this or aware of what the problem
might be?
