I have 3 DC,they are win2k server sp3,one of them has FSMO
roles and it is DNS server and Exchange server 5.5 too and
others are aditional DC.If I update them to SP4,does it
cause problem for my DC's?Can I do it without any future
problem?

The ONLY problem associated with SP4 is if your AD DNS domain name is a
single label name ("DOMAIN" rather than the required format of
"domain.com").

Is your domain a single label name?

A mutitude of errors. XP clients have problems with lookups in DNS when
logging on, GPOs, etc. There's a bandaid for it, but that's about it. MS
stopped single label domain registration because it was causing excessive
unnecessary traffic to the ROot servers on the Internet. ALot of it is due
to the way many admins configured their IP properties with their ISP DNS
servers, which is a no-no in AD, which I hope you're aware of that. Only use
the internal DNS and configure a forwarder from your internal DNS to your
ISP (not your router).

Otherwise, you;ll be good to go with SP4 and the security updates. Don't
forget to run Windows Updates to get the post SP4 hotfixes and stuff.
