SP4 Setup Error: msdfmap.dll

The error message is:

"The file c:\program files\common
files\system\msadc\msdfmap.dll" is open or in use by
another application. Close all other applications and then
click Retry."

I've tried stopping all IIS services & still get this
message. Anyway to find out what process or application is
using this dll msdfmap.dll ?

I found the answer. Give NTFS Full Control to
Administrators Group & SYSTEM.
