SP4 setup could not backup registry key..

I am installing Service pack 4 on a Windows 2000 machine
and get the following error.

"Service Pack 4 Setup could not backup registry key
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Internet.HHCtrl\CLSID to file
C:\WINNT\$NtServicePackUninstall$\reg00160. 5: Access is
denied"

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?? I
have searched the knowledgebase up and down and have come
up with nothing.

Perhaps open REGEDT32 and look at the permissions on that registry key.
