Here is the problem.
Client running Citrix on Term server.
5 Users, Office 2000, Telnet App, and a couple other
small apps. 2 printers installed, 1 HP Laserjet, 1 Epson
C82, both on Network print servers.
Everything is fine before SP4.
Install SP4, now the problems start.
If a person opens Word, or Excel, or publisher, or go
directly to the doc they want in explorer, and open. The
app is open for about 5 seconds and then closes.
Now after A TON of time, and trial and error.
Make the users default printer, the HP.
NO problems. All docs open, and edit just fine. Just
as long as the Epson printer is not there default
printer, or is not selected in the print menu.
Well, you may say this is a epson problem.
I don't, it worked before the SP4 install. Just fine.
And of coarse, Epson won't trouble shoot, because I am
not using there print server.
I have ran the office update. Office 2k is fully patched
now.
Uninstalled the printer, reinstalled it.
I have not uninstalled the office package yet. But dont
think that would help anyways.
Any Ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks
