I have the same problem. Even restarting in Safe Mode
w/Network causes a crash (BSOD). Got non-networking Safe
Mode to work, so I uninstalled SP4 (had foresight to
archive before applying SP4). If you archived prior
install, you can uninstall by going to c:\winnt\ and
there's a service pack uninstall directory which should
have an spuninstall.exe or something.
