SP4 MacPrint warning

Windows 2000 SP4 caused this problem to happen on our
server - when sharing printers to Macs.

(when a Mac submits a print job, the following error
appears in Event Viewer and the job is not printed)

* all Macs are doing this on all shared printers

The TrueImage Interpreter initialization failed.
(Document name: Microsoft Word - cogeco - toons and
hoops). Processing continued.

Uninstalling SP4 and reverting back to SP3 fixed the
problem.

How are you connecting to the Win2K machines from the Macs?
How are the printers connected?
Are these PS printers?

A little more info would be very helpful.
