SP4 issues

I had the same problem with this SP4 crap and then i
reinstalled windows applied SP4 again and still keep
having problems I have an AMD athlon machine running win2k
server can any one tell me what is causing this issue?
 
No, not unless you provide a lot more information -- crystal ball is cloudy
right now.
