SP4 fails to install

I've been trying to install SP4 on a pc but I get the
following error:

"
The following error occurred while Service Pack 4 Setup attempted to download the Service Pack 4 files from the internet:
A connection with the server could not be established
"

Anyone got any ideas?
 
Is this happening when you do an express install? If yes, please try the
installation at a later time. Another option is to install SP4 using the
network install.

I am using the express install, and also retry many times with windows update, still have this error repeatedly. thanks

Installing via Windows Update is the same as installing using SP4 Express
install. Please try to install using the network install in this case.
