SP4 download problems

Need service pack install to enable download of worm
patch, but unable to complete SP4 download, can't
find "Problems with download" file to get version of SP4
not requiring a web connection during install. Anyone
have the answer? this is catch22. thanks!
 
I am having the same problem. I have also tried calling
the toll free service to get an answer but they have been
busy for more than one hour.

Did you get any response?
