SP4 cannot logon

I installed sp4 to a server 2000 ibm netvista .
After the installation i cannot log on as domain
administrator , after i give username and password the
state of pc is loading your personal setting and after
hours it log on but pc freeze that is not happening as
local administrator.

For my bad luck i didnt archive so i cannot go to sp3

any suggestion

I had the same issue after installing SP4. I managed to log on to the server
using the local administrator account and then removed the server from the
domain and joined it to a workgroup. After restarting, I logged in as local
administrator again and rejoined the domain. All appears fine so far, but I
do not feel very comfortable with SP4 so tread carefully with this one. Good
