SP4 breaks DC

After installing SP4 on my DCs, they crash every few hours.
This is documented in MS Tech article 824226, but the patch
is not available online. Am I supposed to take the chance
that they may waive the fee?

The article indicates that the problem 'may occur'. It
kills both of my machines all the time. Consistently.

Anyone know when this is supposed to be REALLY fixed???

The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the Knowledge Base
Article number (Q823050) and ask for nothing more.

In service pack 5 I would think.

Clearly he's one of those people that can bend space and time and
therefore can cover all these things with ease. I'll bet he does not
do (glass) windows though. ;-)
