sp4 and IE on windows 2000

I installed sp4 and now I have a lot of problems with
Internet Explorer. If I uninstall sp4, then IE works as
before. I can not download any files with plug ins or
watch any videos (from launch.yahoo.com). These problems
are gone when I uninstall sp4. Can somebody help me!!!

I could be wrong, but I believe that SP4 changes your internet security
settings. Try checking that out.

Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Security Tab

1)
Put http://launch.yahoo.com in your trusted sites

or

2)
Reset the security for Internet to Medium.

Close your browser and try again.
