SP3 upgrade caused me a problemj

Thanks to Shenan Stanley for his lengthy reply to my question about the upgrade to SP3. Now I want to report a problem I have after the upgrade, namely that when using Outlook Express as my email program, when I PASTE an image into an email message (that also contains text), people report to me that the image is missing. Has any one encountered this, and if so, what is the fix ?

First, Open your Outlook Express, Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:
1. Send Tab, then
2. Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then
3..... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked

There are several settings on the receivers end that
would/could cause this behavior

Hi Taur,
I checked the settings according to your suggestion below but my image in OUTBOX of Outlook
Express is gone AFTER A WHILE even though it's there at first. Any more ideas what I could do ?

P.S. The sound that was there when I composed the email is gone, too
