SP3 Problems?

I've got a problem with installing and playing gta san andreas. I'm just
wondering why it will work with sp2 but not sp3? Is there a way to revert
back to sp2 without losing sp2 abilities? I've got a lot of newer stuff, such
as office 2007, that won't work without it. But sp3 won't let me do anything
with gta. It gets to the montage screen, goes to load the menu, and then says
"gta_sa.exe needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience." There isn't
an error code either! Also, the patches won't install, oddly enough. I don't
know if the patches fix anything or not. If anyone could help with this SP3
problem, that would help.

Probably not SP3, but you can uninstall SP3 for WINDOWS XP from your
control panel's Add/Remove Program Files Icon.

More than likly it's a driver issue.
