SP3 now gives errors, SP2 don't

I've currently got 3 pc's running Access 2002 all sharing
the same tables on machine "A". On March 19th, I upgraded
my Office XP suite to SP3, so I could open a Publisher
file. All went well...until today. Now, machines "B"
and "C" that are still on SP2 still open and operate the
database just fine, however machine "A" with SP3 gives me
the following error on one of my forms ( Method 'requery'
of object '_subform' failed )and quits with a error
report option and repair and restart option. As there is
no option to remove SP3 (that I can tell anyways) I am
now left with removing and re-installing my entire Office
suite. Does anyone have any clues as to A) fix the
problem with SP3 or B) remove SP3 without a full un-
install and re-install of Office)

I'd STRONGLY urge that you instead upgrade the other two machines to
SP3, to prevent the very destructive "Network Connection may have been
lost" bug! You do need to have consistant versions on all the
computers using the database.

John,

Didn't that problem only affect Access 2000? Although Office XP Professional appears to have
shipped with version 6.3.91.8 of VBE6.dll (according to the DLL Help Database), I have never
heard any reports of Access 2002 being afflicted with this problem.

The following KB article
ACC2000: Error Message: Error Accessing File. Network Connection May Have Been Lost.
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=304548

includes the following in the "Cause" section:

CAUSE
You may receive one of these error messages when both Microsoft Access 2000 and version 6.3.91.8
of the Vbe6.dll file are installed on the computer, and either of the following conditions is
true:

You imported forms or reports that contain code modules or standalone modules into a new
Microsoft Access 2000 database by using Microsoft Access 2000.

You copied and pasted forms or reports that contain code modules or standalone modules into the
Microsoft Access 2000 database by using Microsoft Access 2000.

Then, you close and reopen the database and try to view, execute, or compile the code.

Well thanx for the input, however in this case it would
then leave me completely unable to use my database, as
the 2 machines that still have SP2 are the only ones that
can use the database....this issue still unsolved:
"however machine "A" with SP3 gives me

Hi Karl,

Aren't you making an assumption that the failure is due to the SP3 update? You very well might
be right but, on the other hand, you are basing your observation on a very small population (1).
It may be that the update had nothing to do with the errors that you are now experiencing.

In order for any of us to provide more useful help, you'll need to post your VBA code for the
procedure that is failing. You have checked for missing references, right?
