SP3 includes AHCI drivers?

I was wondering if Windows XP SP3 will have AHCI support included so that
slipstreaming this service pack will remove the need for using a floppy with
SATA/AHCI drivers.

I've heard conflicting reports on this matter. Some say yes but I
cannot find anything in the white papers.

I didn't know there were old SATA to begin with.
