SP3 and 4 problems

I use win2k pro build 2195 and recently installed sp3,
after a sucessfull install and reboot, my control panel stopped working,
explorer crashes when i attempt to open control panel, so after formating
the hd and doing a clean install, i dl sp4 hoping to solve the error but i
get the same problem. Please help, i've lost alotta sleep 'cus of this.

And please do not post your Email address in plaintext in newsgroups as this
is just an invitations for spammers to flood you with crap. If you want to
post it, add NOSPAM or something similar to it; ie, for example, (e-mail address removed)
becomes (e-mail address removed). Thus, spam bots won't be able to find you and
people still can contact you if the need.
