SP2 Update

I am unable to install SP2 in my computer. It downloads ok but when it tries
to install it comes up with different error messages and then unintalls the
SP2 software. The messages usually pertain to different files missing. Any
suggestions?

Did you insure that your computer is ready for this patch?
For example, is it free of malware?
Does it need a Bios upgrade?
There is an article in Help & Support which describes all the hoops that you
need to jump.
Did you disconnect all devices not needed for the upgrade?

I am not saying that any of this caused your problem. However, if you don't
get it ready, you will have problems down the road.
