SP2 file size

Hi,
Because the large 266MB of SP2, I am looking for way to break it into
small files for transfer. I know SUS with BIT can do it, becuase of some
internal structure problem, I have to do it manually.
Can I use the extract option in the SP2.exe, transfer all the files and
then run manually?
Can I manually call BIT to specific the location of SP2.exe, then let me
install it manually?

Yes, you can. You will need to run the file ...\i386\update\update.exe
to start the SP2 installation.
