SP2 effects?

Since installing SP2 I have been unable to access two web sites, (i) the
Britsih National Savings Site www.nsandi.com., where I am told "This page
cannot be displayed", and (ii) the Adobe Help line, www.eurostore.adobe.com.,
where I am told "Action Canceled"

I'm running Internet Explorer 6 and Norton Internet Securty, but have tried
with Security and Antivirus disabled. I'm not using the Microsoft Firewall or
Internet Security.

Anyone offer possible solutions.

Oh, and dump NIS. Its known to cause problems:
