SP2 Does not recognize my Virus Program

Just loaded xp service pack 2. Keeps telling me that it
has detected a Virus Program BUT it is not configured
properly. Use Norton .... Definitions have been updated
and it shows that it is enableed.??????????? Soooo, now
what?

You need to wait for Symantec to update their software to be recognized by
SP2.

In the mean time, you can go to Control Panel--> Security Center, click on
virus protection and tell it that "you have an anti virus program that you
will manage by yourself" so that it stops bugging you.
 
Nothing -- absolutely nothing.

Just to make sure, use an EICAR test file.
