SP2 and My Computer Zone

Is there a way to show the My Computer Zone in the Control Panel/Internet Options/Security tab after installing SP2? I applied the published registry change to "Un-hide" this zone, but after installing SP2 it has become hidden again. Also, is there a good source of information about how to "harden" the My Computer zone on computers running Windows9X?

The published registry change has worked fine for me on many installations:

ie. The "flags" key in zone0 should be modified to 47. Is it being
over-ridden by Group or Local Policy perhaps?
As for Win 9x, I'd recommend re-setting LMZ to "High", you'll have no
problems unless you write/edit dynamic HTML etc. and view the content
locally.
Whatever, if you start from "high", then you can just re-enable any
particular settings which seem to cause you a problem.
