SP2 and emailing photos problem

Since I got SP2, whenever I try to email a photo folder, or a web link, the
MSN8 Sign-up Wizard comes up and insists that I sign up for a package. This
happens just after the photos are resized for emailing. I have confirmed
that OE is my default email, and have tried the Start-Run "C:\PROGRAM
FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE"/reg but it says that file can't be found.
What else can I do? It used to work fine! Thanks...

Try a copy and paste of everything between the > < but
not including the > <

(include the quotation marks and be sure there is a space
between the last quotation mark and the forward slash)
