SP2 and Canon printer fails

I can't get the printer to work again. The last time I downloaded SP2, the
printer wouldn't work, so I uninstalled SP2. My stepson downloaded a game,
I'm getting annoying crap on the computer. I have Norton 2005, and I decide
that it's critical to have SP2. BUT, after install, the printer won't print
and the Canon website is useless. The driver down load for Canon and SP2
compatibilitty doesn't come up on the page...Scream time. Help please.
 
*Grin* And you just expect us to magically know what model of printer you
have?
