SP2 and Arial Narrow

Since SP2, any reports that I have using the Arial Narrow font give a
"There isn't enough free memory to update the display." error. If I
create a new report, and just try to select this font, I get the same
error. I don't have this issue with any report that isn't using this
report. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have no difficulty in creating a new report in A2007 SP2, and using text
boxes where the FontName is Arial Narrow.

Might you have a faulty video driver?

Or a corrupt font?

I only noticed the problem on my machine when I was alerted others had
the problem on the domain. The only change common to machines were a
bunch of updates including SP2. The font still works fine in Word.
Hm, I changed the report yesterday to use a different font, now going
back into it Arial Narrow is ok again. Maybe there was a problem with
the way the objects were created, that report was probably originally
created before Access 97...

We are also experiencing issues with the Arial Narrow font following applying Office 2007 SP2. We are finding that emails received are substituted with Courier and some PDFs that use the font in their tables are not displaying the figures. Is this a known bug with office SP2? Re-installing the font appears to fix the issue.
