I am trying to download and install the SP1 upgrade for
windows xp. After the 1.9 meg file is downloaded I get a
msg that says "Windows XP SP1 is incompatible with this
version of Windows." I am using Windows XP home. What
could be going wrong? Can anyone help?
 
Are you using Windows Update to try to download it? that could be your
problem, make sure that you are using Windows Update and that you have
disabled all antivirus software
