SP1 and USB 2.0

I am having trouble installing a USB 2.0 driver on a MiniITX mother board
with an SP1 build of XPE. Driver thinks I need to update to SP1.
Was there a QFE in SP1 to allow USB2.0?
How do I see a list of installed QFE's?
How do I verify I have an SP1 build?

How do I verify I have an SP1 build?

Just check out the file sizes of some binaries under \windows\system32 (e.g., ntoskrnl.exe)
