SP 4 failed to install

System cannot boot in normal mode. started in safe mode.

SP4 filed to install because unable to access metabase
data files & cannot copy ism.dll file error.

Pls help

I can boot the system in normal mode but can't install sp4
Same error Unable to connecto to metabase and ismp.dll

Same problem. W2K SP1 try to install SP4 but...
System cannot boot in normal mode.
cannot start in safe mode.
Blue screen : "STOP: unable to locate winsrv.dll in the
specific path"
